Limitation of Liability. You assume all risk if you rely on the forecasts or enter the ocean. To the fullest extent allowed by law, when.surf is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind.
Third-Party Links. We link to surf cams, weather data, and other resources we don't control. Use them at your own risk.
Changes & Availability. We may update or suspend the site at any time without notice. Terms may change; continued use means acceptance.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by Hawaiʻi and applicable United States laws, with any disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Hawaiʻi state and federal courts.

What we collect. We log anonymous visit data (e.g., pages viewed, device type) using Umami cloud analytics. A unique random number stored in your browser may be transmitted for repeat visit statistics.
What we don't collect. We do not collect names, emails, payment info, or personal identifiers.
Data sharing. We don't sell or share visitor data. Analytics is strictly for site performance and usage trends.
Cookies & storage. We use local storage to remember your preferences as well as the aforementioned analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
